Sometimes Life at the Cabin is not about doing anything, just looking at the scenery. As we move through fall, we are treated to the changing colours, the flights of thousands upon thousands of geese, harvested fields, and the last part of the pre-winter landscape. Anywhere and anytime that I am outside of any city limits, I see why I leave the city. Visually, the sights of ground, sky, bush, field, plant, water all excite me far beyond any asphalt, concrete, steel, windows, skylines, or multi-lane commuter routes. So below is just a gallery of images from this fall, and falls in recent years.
